• From the start, we will tell you the loan amount for which you can qualify. We commit to understand your individual situation and will only recommend products that you can afford.
   
• We promise to disclose all fees up front in an easy-to-understand and clear manner, including the fees that we as a mortgage broker will earn for our services from our lending partners.
   
• We will share with you all fees we pay for third party services and will gladly share copies of any appropriate invoices.
   
• The price or prices will cover all the services provided by the broker. If the broker charges a loan-processing fee, the amount will be disclosed to the customer, regardless of whether it is paid directly to the broker or to a third party.
